Junior Developer

Then you are the junior developer that DSIT is looking for! We are immediately looking for a junior developer who wants to work with colleagues on the automation within our company.
What will you do?
You will work on large applications that will be further developed over several years. Automation is a focus point within the organization, because we are 100% e-commerce focused.
In your work, you will be given responsibility for your own activities. We trust the knowledge you bring and we ensure that your work has an immediate impact. You can always contact your direct colleague Teun. He can answer your questions and look at your work.
Examples of your work include:
- Creating ERP connections.
- Further developing custom systems (Laravel).
- Arranging a connection with our pallet transporter and ensuring that customers are provided with Track & Trace information.
- Implementing UX optimizations on the web shops.
- Building widgets in the web shops so that our content team can work faster.
- Creating a data connection from Magento to Hubspot.
- (Contributing to a fun, informal working atmosphere)
Are you our new junior developer?
Automation forms the basis for future growth. Do you want to think along about processes that can be made more efficient, faster or better? And do you not see complexity as an obstacle but as a challenge? Then you are suitable for this position.
We are looking for someone who has some experience with PHP and web techniques. Our webshops run in Magento and/or Laravel. Are you not familiar with this yet? No problem! Your curiosity is more important than experience. A completed IT-related education is a plus.
The technical landscape you will be working with
- Magento webshops (PHP, Elasticsearch, Redis and MySQL).
- A custom Laravel application that scales with Kubernetes and facilitates all connections.
- SAP Business Online (ERP).
- Microsoft PowerBI.
