Warehouse Team Leader

What will you do?
Every working day starts with a cup of coffee in our warehouse. The first shift starts at 08:00. You inventory the tasks of the day and divide the responsibilities within your team of 6 to 8 logistics toppers. The second shift starts at 08:30 and continues until the warehouse is completely in order and the last transporters can continue their route. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, so that our customers always receive their orders on time.
As a team leader, you are responsible for managing your colleagues and coordinating all processes surrounding incoming and outgoing goods. You not only monitor the daily course of business, but also keep an overview of returns and ensure that they are processed correctly. In addition, you are the point of contact for external parties and internal departments. Together with your team, you neatly close the warehouse at 5:30 PM, ready for a fresh start the next working day.

- Daily organization of the warehouse and division of labor between shifts;
- Ensuring smooth logistics processes;
- Optimizing logistics workflows and processes;
- Coordinating with internal departments and external partners;
- Active support during peak times;
- Creating a pleasant, informal working atmosphere where everyone feels at home.
Who are you?
- You have completed a training in Logistics or similar
- Or you have experience as a team leader in logistics
- You have strong communication skills and know how to lead a team in a motivating way
- You are flexible and have a great problem-solving ability
- You enjoy working together and are able to guide and inspire colleagues.
