1.2. If Customer includes (purchase) conditions in his request, order, confirmation or notification of acceptance that deviate from, or do not appear in, the General Terms and Conditions, these are never binding for DSIT B.V., unless they have been expressly accepted in writing by DSIT B.V.
1.3. In the event that specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these General Terms and Conditions, those conditions also apply.

Article 2. Prices and information
2.1. All information on the Website and in other DSIT B.V. The prices stated in the messages are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.

2.3. The content of the Website has been compiled with the utmost care. However, DSIT B.V. cannot guarantee that all information on the Website is correct and complete at all times. All prices and other information on the Website and in other materials originating from DSIT B.V. are therefore subject to obvious programming and/or typing errors.
2.4. DSIT B.V. can never be held responsible for minor (colour) deviations, for example as a result of screen quality.

Article 3. Conclusion of Agreement
3.1. The Agreement is concluded at the time of acceptance by the Customer of the offer from DSIT B.V.
3.2. If the Customer has accepted the offer electronically, DSIT B.V. will immediately confirm receipt of acceptance of the offer electronically.

3.3. If it appears that incorrect information has been provided by the Customer upon acceptance or otherwise entering into the Agreement, DSIT B.V. has the right to fulfil its obligation only after the correct information has been received.
3.4. DSIT B.V. may, within the statutory framework, ascertain whether the Customer can meet its payment obligations, but also all facts and factors that are important for responsibly entering into the Agreement. If, based on this investigation, DSIT B.V. has good reason not to enter into the Agreement, it is entitled to refuse an order or request with reasons or to attach special conditions to the execution, such as advance payment.

Article 4. Registration
4.1. In order to make optimal use of the Website, the Customer can register via the registration form/account login option on the Website.
4.2. During the registration procedure, the Customer chooses a username and password with which he can log in to the Website after registration. The Customer is responsible for choosing a sufficiently reliable password. 4.3. The Customer must keep his login details, username and password strictly confidential. DSIT B.V. is not liable for misuse of the login details and may always assume that a Customer who logs in to the Website is actually that Customer. Everything that happens via the Customer's account falls under the responsibility and risk of the Customer.
4.4. If the Customer knows or suspects that his login details have fallen into the hands of unauthorized persons, he must change his password as soon as possible and/or inform DSIT B.V. of this, so that DSIT B.V. can take appropriate measures.

Article 5. Execution of the Agreement
5.1. Delivery times stated by DSIT B.V. are indicative and can never be regarded as fatal terms. 5.2. DSIT B.V. is entitled to engage third parties to fulfil the obligations arising from the Agreement.
5.3. The method of delivery can take place in various ways and is at the discretion of DSIT B.V.
5.4. If DSIT B.V. cannot deliver the products within the stated indicative term, it will notify the Customer thereof. If the delay lasts longer than 30 working days, the Customer has the right to terminate the Agreement free of charge.
5.5. The Customer is obliged to inspect the delivered products immediately upon receipt and to report any visible defects to DSIT B.V. in writing within 48 hours of receipt, failing which any claim by the Customer will lapse.
5.6. As soon as the products to be delivered have been delivered to the delivery address specified by the Customer, the risk concerning the products is transferred to the Customer. If expressly agreed otherwise, the risk will be transferred to the Customer earlier. If the Customer decides to collect the products, the risk will be transferred upon transfer of the products.
5.7. Pallet shipments can be offered on working days from 8:00 AM. DSIT B.V. is entitled to charge the actual costs incurred by it to the Customer if the carrier cannot unload the pallet shipment at the agreed location or can only do so after a long wait.

Article 6. Right of withdrawal
6.1. This article only applies to the Customer, being a natural person who is not acting in the exercise of his profession or business.
6.2. The Customer has the right to cancel a distance contract with DSIT B.V. within 14 days after receipt of the product, without giving reasons and free of charge.
6.3. The term commences on the day after the Customer, or a third party designated by him in advance, who is not the carrier, has received the product, or: if the Customer has ordered multiple products in the same order: the day on which the Customer, or a third party designated by him, has received the last product; if the delivery of a product consists of different shipments or parts: the day on which the Customer, or a third party designated by him, has received the last shipment or the last part; in the case of Agreements for

regular delivery of products during a certain period: the day on which the Customer, or a third party designated by him, has received the first product.
6.4. Only the direct costs for the return shipment are for the account of the Customer. The Customer must therefore bear the return costs themselves. If these costs are higher than the regular postal rate, DSIT B.V. will provide an estimate of these costs. Any costs paid by the Customer for shipping and payment of the product to the Customer will be refunded to the Customer upon return of the entire order.

6.5. Within the withdrawal period referred to in paragraph 1, the Customer will handle the product and packaging with care. The Customer will only open the packaging and use the product to the extent necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. The starting point here is that this inspection may not go further than the Customer would be able to do in a physical store.

6.6. The Customer is only liable for any depreciation of the product that is the result of handling the product in a way that goes beyond what is permitted in the previous paragraph.
6.7. The Customer can terminate the Agreement in accordance with the period stated in paragraph 1 of this Article by sending the model withdrawal form (digitally) to DSIT B.V., or by informing DSIT B.V. in another unambiguous manner on dsit.nl that he is cancelling the purchase. In the event of a digital notification, DSIT B.V. will confirm receipt of that notification. After termination, the Customer has 14 days to return the product. It is also possible to return the product directly within the cooling-off period stated in paragraph 1 of this Article, provided that the model withdrawal form or other unambiguous declaration of withdrawal is enclosed. Products can be returned to:

DSIT B.V.
Schuilenburglaan 5a 7604 BJ Almelo

6.8. Amounts already paid (in advance) by the Customer will be refunded to the Customer as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after termination of the Agreement, in the same manner in which the Customer paid for the order. If the Customer has opted for a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, DSIT B.V. does not have to refund the additional costs for the more expensive method. Unless DSIT B.V. offers to collect the product itself, DSIT B.V. may wait with refunding until DSIT B.V. has received the product or until Customer provides evidence of having returned the product, whichever is the earliest.

6.9. The Website will clearly state, in good time before the Agreement is concluded, whether or not the right of withdrawal applies and any desired procedure.

Article 7. Payment
7.1. The Customer must make payments to DSIT B.V. according to the payment methods indicated in the order procedure and possibly on the Website. DSIT B.V. is free to choose the payment methods it offers and these may also change from time to time. In the event of payment after delivery, the Customer has a payment term of 14 days starting on the day after delivery, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
7.2. If the Customer does not meet his payment obligation(s) on time, he will owe the statutory commercial interest on the amount still owed, or at least the statutory interest if the Customer is not acting in the exercise of his profession or business, and DSIT B.V. is entitled to charge the extrajudicial collection costs incurred by him. These collection costs amount to a maximum of: 15% on outstanding amounts up to €2,500; 10% on the next €2,500 and 5% on the next €5,000 with a minimum of €40. DSIT B.V. may deviate from the amounts and percentages mentioned to the benefit of the Customer.

Article 8. Complaints procedure

within 7 days of receipt of the complaint, confirm the complaint and provide an indication of the period within which it expects to provide a substantive or definitive response to the Customer's complaint.
8.3. If DSIT B.V. considers the complaint to be justified, the Customer's product will be repaired, replaced or (partially) reimbursed, at its discretion.

9.5. All rights of action and other powers, on whatever grounds, that Customer has against DSIT B.V. must be received in writing by DSIT B.V. within 12 months after the moment that Customer became aware of this or could reasonably have been aware of this, failing which any (legal) claim will lapse.
9.6. DSIT B.V. is not liable for damage to goods that have been made available to it by Customer. Customer will ensure adequate insurance.

Article 10. Retention of title
